Doctor visit itself was fine. However, the office staff indicated that my visit "would not cost a couple hundred dollars". After the visit, I was billed $353. When I called to inquire, I was told that the staff "may have misspoke" and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I spoke to the staff and the billing department numerous times, but in the end, they took zero responsibility for their error. I am done spending time trying to work with them, so am paying in full to avoid collections. As a business, they should have taken responsibility for their staff's errors. But they did not, and I will not be going back there. I strongly recommend you also find another practice to visit or risk a similar situation.

be prepared to sit here for hours I went to the office twice once to see Shoengold the other to see Strumeyer because Shoengold had no openings waste of my time went back and forth with Strumeyer saying I know my body and I have a UTI he said no because nothing showed on the dipstick went to my primary care doctor the next week we'll guess what he did a culture I did have a UTI called the office and let them know it took 2-3 days of me calling non stop for Shoengold to finally look at the results and send me antibiotics to the pharmacy

Dr was very thorough , wait was a little long, but what.Dr. who is thorough, is not a little long. Staff was very pleasant.

Great experience. They listen to your concerns and are open and honest with you. I waited no more than 2 minutes before they put me in a room.

I normally don’t badmouth places but, something needs to be said. Poor staffing and coordination, cancelled appointment with no call, arrived, closed.. the Doctor has a less then enthusiastic bedside manner… and is NOT gentle in areas needing to be. Post visit, no alert that specimens aren’t taken at facility any longer, even called a week prior for confirmation of appt. Disorganized facility. Poorly ran.. the place itself looks outdated and a bit dingy. Sadly enough, I do not recommend this place to anyone. They seriously need to do better, or retire.

Yes I have always recommended him to friends and family. Dr Struemeyer is a great doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and has been very helpful to me over the years.

I mistakenly sent a check to doctor strumeyer for $227.12. Instead of them honorably returning my money they cash the check and still hold it since January of 2021. I have contacted him and the office numerous times, and all they say is their investigating with a check went. Though they cashed the check they won't return my money he constantly giving me all kinds of excuses.
