In writing this review to retrack my last one. Dr Helfman called me today we had a very nice conversation. He was very polite and said he never got any messages so I said well I think you should get a new staff, he replied yes I did a month ago. Upon my visit to him I found him to be very knowledgeable and showed sincere concern about my issues and like most doctors do, he doesn't rush you out of the office. His nurse called me yesterday saying that Dr Helfman said all these things to me which he did not concerning my problem, that bring said I think Dr Helfman should put this nurse on the unemployment line as well. And as said I only had 1 visit with him and I couldn't believe he would ignore messages. I believe he never received them. So I'm retracting my last review and I would recommend Dr Helfman to any one you needs a good urologist, so I'm giving him 5 stars
