I’ve called twice in the past week with a question about my 6 month old and have not received a call back even though the recording says they’ll return your call within 24 hours. Going to take my baby elsewhere. Update: thank you for replying to my review. You reminded me that the next week the doctor did speak with me directly and answer my question. I was told that there were issues due to the flooding from Ida. I appreciate the call back and personal reply from the doctor and I’m updating my review accordingly. Thank you for your help.

Dr Brockman always gives her full attention and advice. I have been seeing her for several years and am thrilled. She is great!

I have been to Associates on emergency call to my skin condition; a problem which was quickly diagnosed and resolved. I am very pleased with the group. Doctor Brockman was very professional, however her staff forgot to submit my medication to pharmacy.

I’ve been going here for years. I was very satisfied with the service. Briefly, when I relocated out of state, I had to go elsewhere. I went to several dermatologists who all left scars on my skin. Even though I still live in another state, I’m thankful that my insurance now allows me to travel to New Jersey to see Dr. Brockmann-Bitterman at MLC again!! Thankful to be back!!! I referred a friend recently she also is very happy with the service she received.

This doctor acted like she didn’t care that I was a new patient. She was in a rush & I was in & out. I called & spoke with the office manager who was unprofessional, rude & obnoxious. Don’t waste your time.

This doctor was rushing & didn’t get to know me or my history. The office manager was rude & made me feel like it was my fault that I didn’t ask the right questions. I was nervous & I was made to feel like I should know better. This was an awful experience & no one should feel rushed or that I didn’t matter. The office manager needs to be fired. A complaint was issued.

Don’t waste your time with this doctor. Seemed to be in a rush & when I called to complain I was told my the office manager that it was my responsibility to ask questions. This my 1st time & I felt that my concerns were not valid. The office manager is useless too. Reported to the insurance company.

My daughter came in as a new patient and saw me for less than 2 min instead of getting to know her history. She looked at her head real quick and said she was fine. Take time to know your patient instead of rushing her out the door. Will not be returning.

Dr Brockman doesn't take the time to explain the condition or treatment. It is like she doesn't care. She saw me for 5 minutes and was out. Didn't even checked my skin for the condition I have.
