List of Amy I. Freeman's Reviews
She’s fabulous!
I went to see her for an obvious (what I feel is obvious) staph infection around my nose. I told her that is what it is and the medicine I have previously used for it. I am very familiar with this condition and how to treat it. She instead told me I have rosacea and gave me a cream for that. It is now several weeks later and I still have the issue and now I have to go see another dermatologist to prescribe what should have been prescribed to me in the first place. I did not feel that I was heard and as a patient, that is not a good feeling. I also asked the front desk staff for pricing for a popular injectable and was told "twenty" and I said "twenty WHAT, twenty dollars per unit?" and got "yeah, I think so" so I won't be returning for that service either. Just an overall disappointment and waste of time for me.
My general experience has been more than satisfactory over the past eight years, within the past year Dr Freeman has been treating my left ear for eczema. Never did a biopsy.. I have recently returned to a dermatologist that I had previously seen, immediately, a biopsy on the affected area was diagnosed as a basal cell , more specifically an infiltrating sclerosing. That scared and disappointed me that was not caught by Dr. Freeman. I am now going for Mohs. It did not have to be this far along!
Highly recommend!
Great doctor.
My recent experience with Dr. Freeman was nothing short of wonderful. As a first time patient, she spent time with me, listening to my concerns. She was both professional, precise and caring. Her explanations, descriptions and actual procedure was geared to my well being. I would highly recommend her to all of my family and friends.
I found Dr. Freeman to be very empathic and super knowledgable. She knew exactly what I had and exactly what I needed. Spent a lot of time listening to me and covering all bases. I have all the confidence in the world with Dr. Freeman. I wouldn't see anyone else!
Wait was a bit long but worth it ! Amy did fillers in my lips....and they look great. Takes her time to make sure it looks the way it should!
I have been a patient for approx. 10 years. Her full body exam was quite thorough. I even complimented her for going through my thick hair to check the scalp. It is a busy practice and longer wait time is normal.
If you are looking for medical dermatology STAY AWAY Clearly the office and the doctors are only interested in cosmetic procedures where they can make more money. As a double melanoma survivor I expect a level of seriousness and care when doing a full body check - her exam lasted less than 45 seconds. In the 20 years I have been going for checks I have never had a more lackadaisical exam.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
