My dad was told to get routine blood work at any Labcrop where the office staff said PRESCRIPTION WAS ALREADY SENT or so we thought. NO PRESCRIPTION WAS SENT!!!! WE went all the way to the lab for nothing. That is unacceptable! Incompetent! Unprofessional! No stars!

My family and I have been coming to this practice for years. Love everyone there. Dr Mattoo is great. She really takes time to get to understand you and your body. The front office team members are the best. They are always so pleasant.

Courteous and professional staff. We want to express our satisfaction with the staff and Dr. Mattoo. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made our visit as convenient and comfortable as they possibly could.

I have been a patient in this office since 2004 with Dr. Jongco and now Dr. Mattoo . Jackie and the rest of the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Dr. Mattoo shows a genuine concern for me and my health care needs. I have over an hour drive to get to this office.I have no complaints. I’m Overly Satisfied.
