My kids have been patients since we moved to area 17 years ago. Love the whole practice. Yes, sometimes they're running late for appointments, but they've also ALWAYS been able to squeeze us in for same-day appointments. Most importantly, I trust their opinions and their approach to sensitive issues.

I love coming to this office all three of my children go there. Two were born into the facility and one moved to the facility. The doctors really care for your childrens needs. My middle son was a premieene and developed upper resptorary issues and they were really great in knowing that he needed, what to do and so on. I recommand them to anyone your children will be safe and feel secure there.

Service used this be very good but lately the staff is very impolite and it is almost impossible to make an appointment . Today I called 3 times and 3 times the person answering hang up the phone on me (same person ) besides that have a very bad experience on the last annual check up for my daughter we’re the dr called her obese without consider how tall is she , her frame and genetics, making her very anxious .

I have been going to this Dr Office for 5 years. LOVE THIS DOCTOR! I found it on GOOGLE and thru my insurance company when I was pregnant. They guided me on what to do after the baby was born. I called they gave me an appt right away. I now have 2 daughters Both go to this doctor office. They have great hours, opened Saturdays, I just called today and they gave me an appt right away for my daughter. The staff is wonderful. no waiting time.

Dr. Comandatore YELLED at my child. We came to have staples removed from his head, and he was crying and yelling "no, no!". So she screamed louder than him. Who yells at a frightened child?! Also, this was our second appointment at this practice to have the staples removed. The first doc (Sterio) removed only one staple and claimed the others had fallen out. They had not, hence our second appointment. The front desk and Dr. Comandatore insisted that I had to be billed for the second visit. Um, no. I called the office manager who agreed with me and apologized. Long wait times, incompetent staff, rude doctors... I will never go back!

Not very helpful physician or practice. Sent my child for sensitive testing and took a week to call me with results. Had to call the hospital for a fax and have a physician at work translate. Does not explain what she was looking for and when questioned told me to stay off the Internet. A month later sends me for another consult with a specialist. He was great but tells me he's not who I need to see and refers me to yet another specialist. All in all 8 weeks of agony and not one ounce of compassion from this doctor. Have left this practice as I have seen 4 of the 8 doctors there and no two have the same opinion. Children are a number there. Wish my old pediatrician had never retired.
