I love Dr. Jardine! She cares a lot about her patients

Doctor has the bedside manner of a tree. Her service is mediocre, with lots of visits and time wasted with bad guesses. Once she seizes on her determination, she won’t let go, so either a massive ego or can’t be wrong. Seems like her goal is make her 40 patients per day and book the paperwork to meet her Barnabas quota. Look for a different doctor.

As a new patient on my first visit over a year ago I was told they had a new computer system. The front desk also informed me I will not be seen without a physical insurance card even after having asked and needing to have arrangements for work. I was seen and the doctor was not very personable but irregardless I made a follow up appointment. Online states the doctors office is open at 8:30am but the front desk informs me the phones are not turned on until 9am when my appointment was scheduled. Before even asking my name the woman says I will have to be rescheduled and they have to input my information again every year because of their system. As a person who works with medical professionals I was hoping for more empathy. Waste of time gas and money.

One of my favorite physicians of all times. Compassionate thorough and knowledgeable.

I went online to schedule an appointment as a new patient and, after successfully selecting a time that worked well with my schedule, I was contacted the day before my appointment and was told I needed to reschedule as Dr. Jardine does not see new patients at the time I selected. I understand wanting to be available for existing patients, but how can new patients expect to be seen if their appointments are going to be cancelled for the potential need to see returning patients? If online scheduling did not accurately reflect the doctor's availability, it would have been nice to have been allowed to keep my appointment as a courtesy, especially since I made specific arrangements with work to be able to make my appointment. The representative I spoke with was kind enough to offer to reschedule me, but warned that the next availability would be months later, which was further disappointing.

Over the years Dr. Jardine was a doctor who cared about my health. Whenever I needed to talk with her regarding my concerns via phone she would always return my call. I could not have asked for a better Primary doctor. No long office wait time. She’s caring and on point. I moved to another state and hopefully I’ll find someone as caring.

Cold and condescending when I spoke about my issues. Doubted the symptoms that I reported

Office: the office told my I had an 8:00am, gave me a card for a 9:00am appointment but actually scheduled it for 10:00am. When I got there, I offered to reschedule, and they billed me 35 for "missing my appointment"'as it was not five hours in advance. Disorganized and trying to make a quick dime- it's enough on it's own to make you never go back. The doctor- She constantly misrecorded my numbers, never know why I was there, and asked me the same irrelevant questions. I am basically blind in one eye and she kept asking if I'd seen an eye doctor. I was using a Metformin to help with PCOS and she thought I was diabetic (I'm not, have never been). She kept me waiting for forty five minutes for a blood pressure follow up and couldn't remember why she changed my medication. Her bedside manor is disinterested. Do not go there- what a waste of time and money.

This dr is awful. Did not know anything and tried to refer everything to specialist. Specialist would say she should've been able to address this. Other times she would say she didn't know anyone to refer me to and that I would have to just find someone myself. She would not have any idea what my symptoms meant. Very unknowledgeable, lazy, just had a bunch of vacation and shopping magazines on her desk.
