No doctor should do “no self pay “ not all people have insurance,does that mean people have to suffer in pain ? Shame ! After putting me on hold for 25 min and gathered my info told me that the doc doesn’t accept self pay ! This is the only reason why I am leaving this review !

Dr Coutinho is a very good physician, and his staff is good as well. However, my follow up appointment was canceled and rescheduled last minute. Prior to the follow up appointment I was asked to confirm I was coming at my scheduled time. The next day I received the call to cancel again. This was due to not having the tech necessary for the tests needed. All I can say is I have a concern for my medical condition and this has been dragged out way too long, not to mention I own 2 businesses that don't afford me the luxury of rescheduling 3x. I don't believe anyone gives a second thought or concern for what everyone else is going through. You schedule something, you live up to it, you reschedule a second time, you MUST live up to it. 3rd time isn't going to happen. I'll find another office.

Had a urethral stricture for many years, Dr. Karl took care of that for me by performing an opta loom procedure on me and I’m urinating normal since the procedure almost 5 months ago. This was life changing for me. No after affects nothing. Compared to self cathetherization for last 8 years!!! If anyone has this problem definitely see this guy!! He knows his stuff.

I called to make an appointment for my husband, Tanisha was caring and extremely helpful. Great representative for the office, if her demeanor is indicative of the rest of the staff we are looking forward to meeting Dr. Coutinho.

He was not able to accept my insurance. So he called another doctor and gave me his cell phone number. When I called the other doctor he told me that Dr. Coutinho had talked to him and explained everything I got an appointment for 3 days later. The other doctor has great reviews too. But this doctor was amazing

Wow What a Great DR I just got off the phone with him and he has been a gift to me. My story is very rough but Karl has made the process much easier to go through this with a caring and compassionate Dr. Don't mind that he is very busy he is worth the time and keeps track of all your issues. Through the many surgeries I have gone though I always know when I wake up from a procedure I will see his smiling eyes. Karl is a Great Guy and one of two great Doctors I have meet
