Was very unhappy with Dr Patel and his staff. Staff was rude and I am still waiting for a call to have tests done. Found another doctor and was able to have my pulmonary function test done the same day. Dr Patel sent me on a goose chase for a test that I could not have unless I was in the hospital.

I had X-rays from hospitable to show I had COPD. I went to Dr Patel he recommended a breathing test and will call me with the results. I never heard from him, I called the office and they said he’ll call me. I waited another week called the office same thing. After 3 weeks not hearing from this Dr I called another Doctor, definitely not from this office as I found out he had a stack of reports that he never read. I picked the the report taken to my new Dr which I made a same day appointment confirmed what my condition was prescribed medication and now I can breathe normal again.
