Dr. Fless has provided me excellent care. Her office staff is professional.

Not happy at all with her as a Doctor or her staff. She doesn’t explain things to you , has you running here and there fir nothing! Only to say afterwards oh you didn’t have to go to st barnabus for the Covid test you could of went to your internist never told me this at first which by the way would of been a lot closer for me, but to put the icing on the cake I went to my internist for the test , the test was negative called her to make an appointment or the pulmonary fund toon test , for I had to get the vivid test done first and the receptionist said when did you have the test done I said on 9/28/2020 so she said oh you had to have it done 5days prior to doing the pulmonary function test so I said what are you telling me she said well you have to go to st barnabus hospital and have it redone and we can do the pulmonary function test on10/29 I thought she was kidding she wasn’t the doctor NEVER informed me of this for if she had she would I’d set up my pulmonary function test and said get the Covid test R days prior to the test . Now I know why she has no reviews ! Said I was over medicated with out even obtaining my records from my previous dr n wrote a prescription out for something else which I wouldn’t take . The only reason I went to her is because my pulmonary dr that I had for over 20 years moved to Bayonne . Think I’ll be going back to him in Bayonne or some one else . Definitely not staying with her . I personally think she’s a quack! Then she said she heard a cracking noise in my lung sent me for a chest x ray which by the way was no different than the one I had last year . She’s never in the office so why even make an appointment even when I go for my pulmonary function test, a technician does it, ok I can see that but she won’t even be there to talk to you about the results . I can go on and on but I’m getting writers cramp .can’t say One good thing about this doctor you would think you would ask for the patients previous dr records from the last pulmonary dr before making judgement calls on your own! The end oh and by the way I asked my last pulmonary dr if she requested my records and they said no ,but yet she make changes to your regiment of prescriptions that you take based on her assumptions. SAD!

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone she’s never in her office I think she just rents space there. Always canceling appointments for some reason or another. Doesn’t make you feel comfortable, thinks she knows how you feel better than you do , says your over medicated without even getting reports from your prior Pulmanary dr, doesn’t even ask how often or when you take your medication so who is she to say I’m over medicated . Wrote me out a script for some medication for my nebulizer not even using it , using what my prior pulmonary doctor prescribed which by the way I’ve been seeing for 20 some years and the only reason I went to her is because he moved to Bayonne and I know nothing about Bayonne , but trust me I’ll get there one way or another . Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone unless you like all your appointments by phone because like I said she’s never in the office , good thing it was a phone call visit or I would of let her have it good!

Everything about Dr. Fless and her office staff are exceptional!!!

Called her office on a Tuesday morning and had an appointment that Thursday. I could have seen her on the day I called but I had a doctors appointment the same time.
