First appointment got canceled, second appointment I waited for 70 minutes before being seen and ended up having to leave because I had a meeting to attend. Third appointment waited another 30-40 minutes before being seen. I totally understand doctors busy schedules and that emergencies happen. Just felt disrespected and not sure why they make appointments if they can’t stick to the time.

I've been going to Dr. Pollock for several years and even relocated for a period and would come back see him for my annual appointments. He is absolutely the best!

Whenever I go to see Dr. Pollack, it feels like he listens to everything I have to say. He never rushes me and asks me questions that show me he’s listening. He’s got a great demeanor and makes me feel comfortable in a not-so-comfortable situation.

I would HIGHLY reccommend Dr. Pollack. I have been a patient with him along with my sisters and now my niece. He is extremely comforting, very helpful,extremely knowledgable and so caring. I have never had a bad experience here.

This is my first pregnancy, and as a newbie, I am very pleased with Dr. Pollack. He is kind, gentle, soothing, and knowledgeable. The office wait time is usually short and the nurses are kind. It's sometimes hard to get in touch with staff via phone, but if you leave a message they'll return it within an hour or two. I would highly recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pollack since he went into practice with my original OBGYN - that was around 25 yrs ago. We're close to the same age, and it's almost like we have traveled life together. I have followed him when he moved to various other practices. He delivered both of my children - and my 1st born had medical issues and fortunately Dr. Pollack performed a C-section. He also allowed me to have a VBAC with my 2nd. I would follow him anywhere. He is caring, knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is the one doctor I go to that is out of network. I hope he continues for a long time!
