She refused to replace a lost prescription that Medicare requested. That is needed to test my sugar level in the blood. She told me a low income African American senior citizen to go buy them.

When you go to the doctor you expect at least they will treat you with respect and they will help you as human being. Staff is very unprofessional(not all of them) and Doctor Nancy did nothing to corect their mistake. Not only they do not know how the insurance works but they did not try to call insurance to solve patient's problem. I left without her check me.I am very disappointed by this office and the doctor. I would not go there anymore. This rating is based on knowledge I am sorry but Dr / Nancy did not see me only i was arguing with the staff. But i think she is the same like staff she did not came outside and solve the problem. She is the doctor and she should be responsible for the staff also. ( Shame on this office)
