The office staffs were very professional. The Dr. was empathetic and clearly communicate all my treatment options . The Dr. shared with me what the planned treatment is. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Shoengold because I trust him. He is very good at what he does. An excellent doctor.

I had a scheduled fusion biopsy for 5:45 am at the Stone Center in Newak, NJ. Upon arrival I was informed that my name was not on the list to be serviced. A half hour later my doctor called, I know because I heard the receptionist pass the info. over her intercom. No messade was conveyed to me. I waited another 45 minutes and still nothing. I sent a message to the doctor on call....nothing. This level of incompetence concerning my health is unacceptable. I am a cancer patient who is receiving no consideration. It's 9:15 am, and I have still heard nothing'
