My experience with Dr. Ovnanian started on a positive note, and then quickly went downhill: Lack of communication between Dr. Ovnanian and his staff, Dr. O's lack of follow thru on his agreed upon and recommended prescriptions, even after my calls to remind him, causing delays in important treatment. Misinformation amongst staff and recommended equipment providers, bickering and finger pointing between staff and suppliers. Unprofessional communication of staff, often directed at me. The level of care was completely unprofessional, inadequate, incompetent, and substandard. I have never never experienced treatment like this. Dr. Ovnanian and staff get failing grades in all respects. Zero stars.

Vagram Ovnanian is a “state of the art doc”. He brings an encyclopedic knowledge of medicine and genuine concern for his patients to the exam room. He took the time to get a detailed medical history, listen to my concerns, and answered my questions. I could tell this is a doctor who is committed to practicing medicine. I’ve been going back to him for the past 5 years.

Had a home sleep study in February, it's now June. I have called 2x for the results to be sent to my primary doctor and they have never been sent. The doctors office never called me to discuss the results or to make an appointment.

Dr. Ovnanian is very thorough, thoughtful and considerate. He takes the time needed with each patient to explain processes and procedures. I wish more Doctors were like him.
