List of William Oppenheim's Reviews
Dr. Oppenheim performed surgery on my mother's foot which was not necessary. He told her that she would be walking "in two weeks." This never happened. When she went back for follow-up, he told her that her "foot was healed" and never pursued anything further, even though she was still in pain. The pain had gotten progressively worse over time, and subsequently, when she went to see another doctor, he told her that the surgery was not necessary.

Ridiculous long waits. Not respectful of the patients time at all. The worst.
Dr is great but he’s not readily available for patients. Always a long wait in the office for appointments. Employees at front desk are unprofessional and uninterested in being there to assist. If you call, They don’t answer the phone and it takes forever for them to get back to you. Dr is such a nice caring man but the office is run disappointingly bad
Dr Oppenheim and his team are the best around. Thanks to his corrective surgery on my ankle and tibia I still have a leg to stand on. Unfortunately a bad insurance company saved the best for last. After their cheap doctors left me with vascular necrosis they finally decided to send me where I should have gone which is to the care of Dr William Oppenheim and his amazing team. God bless him and all of them … 16 years later I can say that. I would recommend him to anyone. Don’t play games with witch doctors out there ..he studies the situation and gives long lasting good results. Michael Kertesz
I was quite annoyed on a recent office visit. The office waiting room was crowded. This made me feel very uncomfortable with covid and overcrowding. I had a 9:45 am appointment made a month in advance. At 11:45, I checked with the receptionist to see how much longer. After another 30 minutes I informed the office staff I was leaving. I had waited over 2 1/2 hours. I don't think patients should have to wait so long. I had to get back to work. Although Bill is a good physician he should be better at scheduling patients. Patients should be treated with respect, my time is valuable.
The top orthopedic SPECIALIST IN THE WORLD. I shattered my elbow and no-one would touch me. Dr. Oppenheim put all the splinters back together. Never had pain , never needed any medicine. He gives patients undivided attention.IF YOU DO NOT LIKE TO WAIT YOUR TURN, FIND SOMEONE ELSE OF LESSER QUALITY. DR OPPENHEIM IS A GENIUS when it comes to bones. Appreciate the time he takes with you.
Bravo not only a wonderful surgeon but compassionate takes time to explain everything. Truly cares for his patients. I am lucky to have him as I age and need more help along the way.
I am a physician and had encounter through SBMC ER for my mother in law who had fractured thigh bone He was found to be unreliable, unprofessional and deceitful for 3 days I dealt with him Finally I reported him to chief of surgery and changed care to Dr Reiber. It’s paining to me when I recall that time and report for another physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
