Dr Zucconi, Did not take me serious when I was not feeling well back in 2019.It took another Dr to figure out what was wrong I had lymes. In the mean time kept going to the hospital not knowing what was wrong. She claimed that I needed a psychiatric help. What a nice Dr!!!Thanks Dr Zucconi
The office is what I would NOT recommend. Booked an appointment online in December of 2020 for a new patient. I received a call back from her office saying I can't have that appointment because I am a new patient, even though I specifically entered that information when booking the appointment online. They then told me her earliest "new Patient" appointment was not until late March of 2021. Even though my current medications would expire by then and I needed a new primary care, I accepted that appointment because I wanted Dr. Zucconi specifically. In late January I received a call from her office again saying that appointment in late March was no longer available because she would not be in the office that day. I could see someone else, which again, I wanted Dr. Zucconi, or I could get the next appointment which would be the END OF MAY. I asked since it was their error if they could squeeze me in somewhere earlier and they refused to budge. Horrible office policies!

Dr. Z takes her time and listens to her patients. She doesn't rush your visit and always works to find the best method of treatment. So glad I found her.
Nichole is a fine doctor , she is very thorough .
You could not ask for a better doctor.
Do not bother better off going to med. Express... you do not even see a dr. Only a med student. Takes over a week to get scripts called into pharmacy.. refferals not done properly insurance denied tests because of this. Had to go to er and be admitted to get anthing done Will never see these docs again would rather have my leg fall off first ....
Dr Z is on point Great with Veterans
Dr. Zucconi is an ethical and compassionate physician. However, her office staff is incompetent. If you have an abnormal test result, you’d never know. They won’t call you, and won’t call you back for anything. You have to rely on the patient portal for everything. If you have an urgent problem, you’re better off going to a hospital or urgent care. Super unreliable and it’s such a shame because Dr. Zucconi is excellent. I am thinking of changing physicians because of her staff.
Saw Dr. Zucconi (Nicole) on the 13th for weight loss prescription only. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prescription, however, needed a pre-authorization before I could receive it. No big deal, they do this every day. It has now been 10 days, and after several calls to her office, her staff has STILL not done the pre-authorization. I am scheduled to see the Dr for a follow up in 1 month, but will have to cancel since I will not have been on any medication to make a determination.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
