I looooove my Dr Strada but they have terrible front desk help they never ever answer the phones and when they do is always this NASTY ARROGANT GUY that things he owns the office. Whatever happen with the nice loving people that used to work there at the front desk ?I've been hung up,boss around, and deny emergency appointments by this "guy" a lot of people are leaving the office because of all of this reasons but to HANG UP ON PATIENTS that is Unacceptable .

Honestly, the only reason why I gave them one star is because I have to, but this place does not deserve any stars. Where do I start the first thing I want to start off with is that the office has people who are #1 very disrespectful, and very irresponsible. There’s only one person in the office that has ever helped me and try to get me what I need as a patient, Tyrell. He has done everything and anything to get my medication’s filled out, to get me appointments when I need them, and to give me the assistance that I need whenever I need it. But any other person at the front desk does not care about you will disrespect you and will turn their back on you and not help one bit with what you need. There’s this one woman who is blonde who has the worst attitude in that entire office and I believe in a healthcare environment/career you need to have some sort of empathy and some sort of nice caring attitude. #2 this past month I was taken to the ICU to get extreme care for a condition that could’ve been prevented. In April 2022 i was advised to go get a urine culture because he believed that there was something wrong with my urinary track. I go get this urine culture; the results come in and they worried me because my results said that there was E. coli, of course, I never received a call. I called on multiple occasions to get a message out to the doctor that I was worried about these results, and that they needed to speak to me about them. But guess what the office doesn’t care and neither do the receptionist to relay that message to him. Five months later I end up in the ICU with E. coli infection in my blood and a severe kidney infection that was caused by the E. coli. I’m sorry to say, but what is the coincidence here. I believe that this office needs some serious customer service training, and restaffing immediately. And one more thing about this office is if you have an appointment at three don’t expect to be in the office with him until 4:30 because they will forget about it. Also, one last thing that I just thought of is if you need to call this office, I would recommend going in person only because they will never answer the phone and apparently they’re taking care of a bunch of patients that they turn off their phones and your phone call goes straight to answering system or it goes to voicemail. My advice find another doctor.

This office has the worst front desk service that I have ever had to deal with to the point where they hang up on your face when you call, they make you feel like garbage, when they even pick up the phone. They’re very very rude! You need anything from them? Good luck! It’s been months now and they have not helped me with what I need

WORST FRONT DESK EVER, EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT WORKS THERE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL !!!!! ALSO I BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK TO MOVE MY FATHER'S APPT BECAUSE I CANNOT TAKE HIM AND THEY WONT ANSWER!!!THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, BUT THEN THEY WILL CHARGE ME FOR MISSING THE APPT.!!! WHAT DO I DO??? MY FATHER NEEDS AND WANTS A SPANISH SPEAKING DOCTOR AND LIKES DR. ESTRADA IS THE ONLY REASON I KEEP HIM THERE BUT I CANT WAIT TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR, I FEEL BAD DR ESTRADA DOESN'T CARE HE HAS SUCH HORRIBLE STAFF WORKING FOR HIM MAKING HIM LOOK REALLY BAD!

Front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful

Dr. Estrada is a great doctor. My husband and I both see him. He’s very compassionate, caring and he goes above and beyond to meet both of our needs😃

Dr Estrada is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met. Great man who actually cares about his patients. He is thorough and will continuously check up on how you are doing. He will take the time to get to know you and he will make sure he does the best he can for you. There aren’t many doctors left like him.

Dr Estrada is the most thorough physician I have ever encountered. He has excellent bedside manner.

I highly recommend Dr. Estrada. He not only treats his patients professionally, but he treats his patients like family. At least that has been my experience. His staff is friendly and supportive. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him again for actually caring and helping me realize life is worth living. I look forward to my next appointment.
