I have been trying to get my medical records for two months now. Everytime I call the office is a different excuse or a different direction they give me to get my records, no one responds emails or voicemails. What a waste of time!!!!

Update... called several times more and left more messages with the office and still no callback, and I still don't have my test results yet!!! I already called my lawyer, to see what steps I can take if any... I can't believe this is happening, all I want are my results back!

Approx. 4 months ago, I had a sonogram and blood work done... I had an appointment/follow up (@4:40pm), and as I was heading to the office and got caught up in traffic and thought I might be late, so I called in at 4:30 and the message said they were closed! I turn around and head back home. I have been calling now for 2 MONTHS now!!!! to get my results and I've have left 10 MESSAGES, spoke with the STAFF, voiced my frustration.... AND STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need my results, then finding a new Dr.

Dr Forward is thorough and friendly. His staff is horrible. If you order a refill on a prescription be prepared to call multiple times.

their office staff is the worst - ive been calling for 2 weeks just to get a refill on my blood pressure medication and i keep getting told they will send it but they never do . i guess they rather have their patients drop dead . that would be easier for them . still as of today 12/31/2021 nothing .
