Poor medical decision making, resuted my two amputations, for which he accepted NO responsibity, which makes him irresponsible. Find ANYONE else for your surgical or wound care needs.

Had a horrible experience at this doctor’s office. Suzanne (a nurse at the office) was extremely rude to my mother. She was discriminated against and verbally abused over the phone as she was attempting to book a time for surgery. I went in for a second visit with my mom, to better understand her vein condition and treatment, and it appeared to be irritating for them. The doctor did not give me the time of day or a proper explanation of the surgery he was suggesting. Along with us having us wait over 50mins, only to come in and speak to us for less than 5mins. Ultimately, leading us to change doctors.

Dr Franco performed an umbilical hernia on my family member. To start the office staff is warm and friendly putting at ease a not so trustful patient. The office is efficient. Suzanne explained every aspect of the procedure. She gave us a list of what was needed and retrieved everything for us so that we were ready to go. Her attention to detail put us at ease.Dr Franco explained the procedure and allayed any fear or misconceptions that we had. I trust Dr Franco's ability , skill and passion for his calling. My Surgery and recovery went very well. Dr. Franco had diagnosed and performed hernia surgery. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring doctor. His wisdom and procedure go hand in hand. Doctor himself and his entire staff are very courteous which itself cutting pain in half. Thank you, doctor, and everyone there bringing my health back.

There is a reason why this doctor has a five star rating. Not only is he an awesome surgeon, but his office staff is the friendliest, most helpful bunch of ladies I have ever seen working in any doctors office. I have left other doctors not because they weren't good doctors, but because their office staff was terrible. My surgery went well, and I have healed up quickly with no complications. Dr Franco explained the process well and his office staff made the whole process seamless. If I ever need a general surgeon again, I will definitely be returning to this practice.

Dr. Franco is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He took time to explain my surgery and answered all my questions. I put my trust in him and was not disappointed. His office staff, Suzanne and Laurie , are the absolute best. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Franco.

Dr Franco is an excellent surgeon. He was referred to my by another doctor. I am so glad I went to him and did not listen to some of the bogus reviews. He is a true professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am still recovering from surgery and had a small scare. He responded back to me within 5 minutes of my phone call. I cannot say enough about him. His office staff is extremely friendly, making you feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend him as a doctor and surgeon

I would never recommend!!!!!!!!! With as many years of experience as he has and yet he discharged me from the hospital without testing, only to find out later I need emergency surgery without which I would have died. When my husband asked him why? His answer was true, he said “because I didn’t have too!” but is that the answer you want from your doctor?!

Dr. Franco is wonderful and everyone that works in the office is so nice and helpful. My husband had surgery and they were very through explaining everything. Took their time and also gave the same instructions in written form. Always so pleasant & helpful when you call.
