The rating is not for my physician, Dr Sealove, who I'm quite happy to have as my cardiologist, it is for the administrative side of the practice. It can take hours to contact anyone at the practice! Leaving a call-back number let's you do other things while you wait, but it doesn't let you contact the person you need to speak with. Your option is to cal 911, which opens up a whole other can of worms. The portal they have may be useful to them, but not much use to me...and since every doctor in town has their own portal, keeping up with them can be a full time job. Another pain is the pacemaker checks they schedule. I have yet to receive a written explanation of just what I'm to do on days I have one scheduled. I was told to just sit next to the interface and they would execute the data download without my doing anything. Today I tried that and got zero indication that they had completed (or even tried!) to download info. Frustrating!!

I had a watchman put in my heart by Dr. Zach's. They were great, very professional and accommodating. I recommend him very highly. Wonderful experience.

Dr Zuckerman is horrible. Condescending is an understatement. No explanation of test results just "good" or "bad" and I should "stop wasting his time."

Dr Kapoor is the rudest doctor I have ever meet! Mother in law had an issue her primary didn't like with ekg. All he was concerned about was how "we" overbooked his extremely busy schedule. I asked him to just maybe do another ekg to see if he saw something since he is a cardiologist. I get it she sees another dr at the same practice but don't you all have the same computers with patients history??? I wouldn't send my dog to this practice! If there was an option for zero stars I would have put 0

On My first time in this office the staff seemed good, however I give 1 star because the original doctor I had asked about COVID, and proceeded to BULLY, BERATE, BELITTLE me. Telling me that I'm wrong on my thoughts and feelings then he told me, it's people like me is the reason why the virus is "running rampid"
