I have conditions with severe chest and spine pain. Dr. Bhatt did a thorough examination after reviewing extensive imaging I provided to him, and he followed up with procedures and meds to ease my pain. They are a lifeline for me! -Dr. Bhatt and the entire staff are very professional and courteous. The wait to see the assistant and Dr. Bhatt is practically nil! Even though Covid is no longer the raging contagion it once was, it's comforting to see both staff and Dr. Bhatt to wear masks in interaction with patients! (Aside from Covid, masks also protects patients and staff in the office from the flue and the RSV [Respiratory Syncytial Virus].) The scheduling and follow up with reminders are always flexible and on time. The electronic prescription fills/refills are right on schedule. It's been a blessing to have found Dr. Bhatt and his staff through recommendations by a friend and by a doctor referral. Michael S

Amazingly nice staff. Never been to a place they asked you to wash hands on entry. My wife thinks that is a huge plus :) Dr was kind, thorough and made me feel cared for.

This Practice is in a league of its own. Dr. Bhatt and his entire staff are extraordinarily competent , caring pain and life style management professionals. Their formidable adversary is nothing less than chronic acute pain! The treatment plans while heroic are also minimalized. (The least invasive approaches for the maximum result). And despite all that favorability above, their supreme separation from the pack is ...empathy. It is as pervasive as it is endemic. They neither have nor condone your pain. But... they realize and understand your pain. And they ALL cheer or persevere accordingly. Directly due to Dr Bhatt et al, my life and career are functional...and that rejoiced fact was sooo not my starting point!! I am not sure which now prevails.... my admiration or my gratitude.
