Compassionate and knowledgeable

Best doctor I’ve ever had. Very caring and compassionate. Diligent. Takes her time with you really does her best to help anyway possible! She definitely knows her stuff! I wish she can be all of my doctors in one . Highly recommended.

Asked her about a replacement antibiotic and when I questioned if that new antibiotic also causes dizziness and nausea she told me Please!!! Just don’t take one! I guess she’s not that concerned if I get better or not, as long as I leave her alone.

Dr.Debra Goldstein is professional and extremely knowledgeable and experienced in her area involving my stomach issues. She is patient and very thorough. I highly recommend her. She is and excellent Gastroenterologist.

POOR TO HORRIBLE! zero follow up, no clue about insurance coverage. Given inaccurate information. I highly recommend this doctor if you are looking to be mistreated, and your calls ignored.

I used Dr Goldstein on a recommendation as I am new to the area. She did perform a colonscopy and everything went well and she seemed caring. My issues are all with her staff. Besides the fact that they are never friendly, they never smile and they make everyone feel as if your bothering them. They are by far the worse I have ever encountered. No one ever knows anything or they "do not handle that particular issue". I left several messages with Dr Goldstein's staff when they failed to call me to schedule a colonoscopy. I had to call them 3 months later. Then I had issues with my stomach and they didn't are. I left several messages for Dr Goldstein to call me and the messages were never given to the doctor. The fourth time I called they told me to suffer through it until Monday and the doctor will call me back. Never got that call either. I then called 5 times to have my records transferred to another dr and I went down to the office and signed for the transfer, they never transferred my file. I was told the person who handles the transfers will not be in until Monday and I should leave a message. This made it the 6th message I left to no avail. I reporting them to the AMA. If Dr Goldstein cannot get her staff togethr, I cannot use her. I can see Dr Goldstein losing a lot of her patients.

Dr. Goldstein is a patient and kind doctor that truly cares about the well being of her patients. She took the time to to hear me out, and get proper testing to find the cause of my pain. I am happy with the follow-up and support team. A+

I cannot say enough about Dr. Goldstein. She is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is kind and caring and cares for you as if you were one of her own. She is very knowledgeable and professional and goes above and beyond to help out her patients. If you are searching for an excellent doctor in Gastroenterology, go to her, you will be glad you did.

Dr. Goldstein was highly recommended to me by some staff members at St. Peter's University hospital. The first time I met her I knew she was different, in that she showed that she truly cared, she even hugged me. She takes the time to LISTEN to you... and will be detailed in explaining the plan that she has as it pertains to your care. You may be able to find a physician who is knowledgeable and skilled in his or her profession but how many of them will bring you chicken soup from their own kitchen if you were hospitalized? She did it for me, and I'm truly thankful and blessed to have her as my Gastroenterologist.
