Unprofessional & incompetent.. I was a pt of Dr Carmen's for 10 plus years & always experienced the staff as being below average but I thought the Dr was knowledgeable so thats why I stuck it out. THIS PAST November I encountered a scary situation that involved lots of testing do to an abdomal mamo... I never heard anything back from the Dr as far as what was happening with my situation... Thank goodness my husband & myself are in the medical field, & we knew what routes to take. Almost 5 weeks went by & the Dr called me (blocking her number) leaving a voice mail telling me my mamo was adnormal lol its 5wks later , I already knew that, i already had further testing , I already had the biopsy and appointments were already made with specialist ... i called her back 2 minutes after she called me & The Dr never even got on the phone when I called her back... Thats was a huge turn off... Thank God I didn't need her to advise me , it's scary being at the mercy of a Dr who won't even get on the phone to talk about abnormal testing... its very disappointing & left a bad taste in my mouth ...I WILL NOT RETURN

horrible experience kept my wife waiting for an hour and the doctor didn’t show up. Yet they collect copay in the beginning of appt so you’re their hostage. I will make it my business to leave a horrible review anywhere that I can and disputing this charge with cc company.

I've been with Dr. Carman for over 10 years. She is a great doctor and I like her as a person but the staff at the front desk are very unprofessional, especially Tiffany and results to any exams/tests are not given in a timely fashion. I called for two weeks for ultrasound results on a concerning medical issue and each time I was told the doctor will call me back until one day they said the machine was broken. I then tried to request my medical records to bring to a new practice and I was given a hard time about that with Tiffany. Each time I spoke to her, she seemed "over it", she had an attitude and made things more difficult instead of being helpful. The customer service at this practice is beyond ridiculous. I will communicate this to Dr. Carman eventually, it's just sad that she's lost a long-term client because of unprofessionalism.

IUD, placed three months ago, fell out two weeks ago. I have received no follow-up call or care since notifying the office, just here waiting... I will need to find a new Dr now after 8 years...very disappointed in the customer service/ patient care.

Dr. Carmen is one of the best and most caring doctors in NJ. She has been my gyno for years now and recently delivered my third baby. I cannot speak enough of the care, guidance, and empathy she poured into me during my high-risk pregnancy. It was important for me to be treated by a Doctor who listens and communicates with their patients. During my last trimester, I caught covid. She recognized my fear and guided me through it. During my surgery, she reassured me that I would be okay. After God, I have a healthy baby now because of her.

The staff is beyond unprofessional. They let the phone ring while they are discussing what to order for lunch. They leave patients on hold while they go over each person's lunch order, I couldn't believe it. They're so loud and use foul language while patients are within earshot. They care more about ordering their penne vodka then attending to patients. I went in for an ultrasound and was informed by the ultra sound tech that my doctor would go over her findings with me the following day ( I was told I have three cysts, very alarming for someone who has never had one). I called everyday for over a week and was told very rudely by the front desk girl, Carina, that the doctor was away on vacation and I had to wait. Yet every time I called, Carina told me the docotor would get back to me the next day. She never did. I was shocked at how rude she was, especially when they weren't getting back to me. You should not tell your patients you're going to call them back, then never do. I was experiencing pain, and Carina told me to go to the ER if i "couldn't handle the pain". Nasty receptionist. And very very neglectful of Dr. Carmen. Her not calling me back just went to show she doesn't care about her patients. It got to the point I had them email me my results and went to a different gynocologist. Dont waste your time going here.They are absolutely awful.

Dr. Carman is a wonderful doctor. She is thorough, fully explains things and answers all of my questions, is kind and compassionate, and someone I fully trust with my health and the health of my daughter.

I've known Dr. Carman for over 14 years. She is hands the most caring and compassionate doctor I have known. I have never felt slightly rushed by her and she is extremely thorough. She has always addressed any concerns with attentiveness. She has an excellent bedside manner. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Worst doctor I’ve ever met she was judging me from the minute I opened my mouth criticizing me and my health. I was so disgusted by her she literally was rolling her eyes at me and walked out of the room I wasted my time I don’t recommend her it’s no wonder she only has 3 stars I should’ve researched her
