I am truly blessed to have Dr. Rotoli as my neurosurgeon when my very unexpected medical issue came to light. My recovery from this serious brain surgery has been truly remarkable. From beginning to end, I was in good hands with him and his staff. Even all the ICU nurses and staff raved about how wonderful he is, not only as a doctor but also as a person. The follow-up visits were even great as there was hardly a wait, and no rush with me. All my questions were answered every time. I can't thank him enough!

My wife had hydrocephalus. Dr Ritoli is knowledgeable and accurate, and by installing the shunt he has given my wife 2 years of her life back. That is, her emotions, concentration, and many other things have greatly improved. Most importantly her balance has returned. I am sure that with continued improvement she will get back to her "old" self, thanks to Dr. Ritoli.

Dr. Rotoli is a wonderful doctor to deal with. He puts you at ease with his wonderful bedside manner. He is thorough and explains everything to you so you understand exactly what needs to be done and what time frame it needs to be done. He makes sure you have all the testing that is needed for a complete diagnosis. I have had some very bad experiences with doctors in the past few years but I would highly recommend Dr. Rotoli to anyone having back issues.

Dr Rotoli was referred to me by a close friend who had hip and lower back surgery. After telling me about about their great results, I made my appointment for a consultation. I had been putting up with lower back pain for 8 years. Dr Rotoli is very caring and patiently listened as I explained my pain issues. He understood the issues and offered me surgery options and timeline options. When pain recently hit a higher level ,I knew it was time. At a 2nd consultation, he thoroughly discussed my procedure and answered all questions. His office team is great and helped with admitting tests. His surgical team at Hackensack U Med Center are the very best! Each Dr and nurse introduced themselves and explained procedure to me. Each and every team member at the hospital was caring, pleasant and professional. 4 weeks now after surgery and feeling great! Minimal to no pain meds. Extrememly pleased with Dr Rotoli and his team!

This is my second review, and I would like to say that this doctor is a great man as well as a great doctor. He is very professional and he takes time to explain everything. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have the best. My primary referred me to him and I am forever grateful.

Dr. Rotoli is a kind and compassionate man. I was on the verge of hopelessness before I went to him because I have a complicated spinal history. I was dismissed by 2 other surgeons and he was the last doctor that I was going to see. He didn’t dismiss me and was the first surgeon to actually hear me out. He ordered testing and met with me a week later to discuss his thoughts. He is very honest and gives all the options. He wasn’t quick to rush to put me under the knife, but put it out there as a choice. Most importantly—he treats his patients like they matter. He’s not just a great doctor, he’s a great guy and I’m so fortunate to have found him.

He’s very thorough and caring. Extremely passionate about his work and it shows. I was very happy with my decision to select him as he made the process that much easier.

Dr. Rotoli, He was extremely thorough regarding my current condition and he explained all of my treatment options . He totally understood what I’m going through .For the first time since my injury in 2018 he is the only one in his field that has given me hope that with the right treatment I will get better. He’s a very nice; kind ; attentive; understanding; caring; and so humble. This was what I experienced on my first visit with him. I honestly don’t remembered experiencing this kind of treatment with any other doctors . He’s s just an amazingly awesome individual and I highly recommend Dr. Rotoli.

Dr. Rotoli takes his time with you and explains your options. He performed surgery on me for a meningioma on my brain. He explained everything to me and my wife in a way we could understand. He is very kind and understanding, an excellent doctor. The night of my surgery he called my wife at home and told her everything was going well, which made her very at ease. His staff is very professional and goes out of their way to help you.

Over my 50 years, I'm no stranger to structural repairs as a result of sports related injury. You can say, I'm a professional in the art of healing and physical rehabilitation. Through the years I have been repaired by some of the finest Orthopedic surgeons in the business. But never have I been attended to from start to finish as proficiently as I was by Dr. Rotoli. Rotoli and staff from initial exam at office through recovery in hospital was UNBELIEVABLE. This is the level of care and expertise that should be an example, and insisted upon across the board. Rotoli is the first and last stop in surgical competence and expertise. With the help of God, I wont be having any more surgeries. But if I do!
