Very efficient...nurses on 2nd and 5th floor very helpful

6/15/22 (1:34am)Checked in with triage for my 9 year old son experiencing sob, pain level 4 as per son complaint to triage nurse, w/present wheezing sounds in his right lung- as I am a medical professional myself and assessed him myself prior to coming to the ER. O2SAT level range (86-92). I sat down and waited and then 30 minutes later my son looked fatigued from breathing, I had to coach him to try and talk slow deep breathing instead- as her started breathing heavy. So immediately ask for him to be placed in a observation for his O2 sat. Once placed in the room as priority is airway- NO ONE (nurse, tech or provider) for 2 hours came to at least check on my child or introduce themselves. So I went to the nurse and stated no one came to check on my child and her only concern was a sick baby. I walked out and told that nurse and another we were leaving.

I love this hospital, this is my second time here. My first was awesome, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The second time was with my son who had to go to the emergency for a fractured right arm. It's even more convenient when you need to follow up with a doctor at Summit Health across the street from the hospital. I call it my one stop shop to good health. 👍

I am in the cardiac rehab program. I have been very pleased and impressed with the program and the individuals running it. I am getting more out it than I expected.

The Triage team and security guard need pay increases for the tremendous amount of grace they showed dealing with a bunch of out of control folk...the emergency room staff from the on call doctor who was real cool to the nurses and the administrative assistant...kudos...transport, CT operator...perfect....now the staff of 4 east....Y'ALL JUST STRAIGHT UP ROCKED!!! Annalise, Marta, Hamilton, Jewell, could not ask for better...the attending physician's...some of the best bedside manner ever! And everyone else that came into 427...THANK YOU!

I just completed the 4 week, 4 days a week LSTV Big therapy and PT. It wasn't easy but I got through. The therpy and PT was admistered by 2 of the Mountianside staff trained in this disciple. They were professional and always watched out for my well being. I was much better off after I completed LSTV Big
