List of Karen A. Dias Martin's Reviews
Shes the best. Listens, caring gentle and always lrts you know what she's doing before she does it to keep patients calm. Her staff is great as well
I really want to love this doctor. My first visit which was a yearly exam was great. Prior to the second yearly visit, I got a call from the office telling me that if I am coming in for hormone replacement, that the doctor cannot see me for that. When did I ask for hormone replacement? They made me feel like the doctor does not want to see me or treat me. Very strange.
An absolute wonderful doctor. It was my first time seeing her. I need to get a new gynecologist as my old gynecologist did not accept my insurance anymore. And she was just wonderful fast painless, and absolutely informative and very sweet. Staff is also very pleasant. They help me get here. I was a little bit confused, and they are very very sweet; they are incredibly busy so even with that in mind, they were still very sweet.
My experience with Dr. Dias-Martin was so comfortable, straight forward and enjoyable. She very clearly discussed my contraceptive options after completing my exam. Usually I dread my annual check up but something about her puts you at ease. I'm so glad I found her. And yes, parking/finding 7 Seymour can be confusing. Give yourself extra time to figure it out. But that has nothing to do with Dr. Dias-Martin.
Last year I had an appointment with this doctor and they called me to say "What would I be coming there for" since I saw another doctor at Summit Medical Health". I told them I was seeking a second opinion and they did not seem to understand that or take that seriously. Somehow I was convinced to re-schedule my appointment for 7/6/22. After waiting nearly a year for this appointment, I received a phone call today (6/28/22) saying that my appointment needed to be re-scheduled with offerings in late July. I am disappointed in this practice as there is a continual pattern of disregard for patient health, patient schedules and the sacrifice patients make to clear their schedules to seek care. In addition, this handling shows a disregard of care and good business ethic. Doctors and their offices need to understand their positionality as the many layers happening here are problematic. Access to care should not be this hard.
Several friends and family see Dr. Dias-Martin and have for well over 20 years in the profession. Thank you for the continued professionalism and care for women around the world
I feel that she is great. I love that her specialty is gynecology only. 👍🏽 No long wait time
Unhelpful staff and office phone doesn't turn on until 8:30. Which is unhelpful when your appointment is at 7:15 and you need assistance finding the place.
I have been going to Dr. Martin for many years. I have always found her to be professional, caring and easy going. She is extremely easy to talk to. There has never been an issue scheduling an appointment for regular or emergency visits. I referred both my niece and daughter to her and they, too, are most satisfied!!!
I waited 3 months for a visit, was told this was the soonest I could be seen. I gave all my insurance information when I initially called and was told it was accepted. I showed up at my appointment and was told the visit could cost more than $500; this was for a routine pelvic screening/pap, so I left. I called my insurance company and was told they pay for these procedures. Terrible experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
