Very NOT SATISFIED. THE PA that saw me wasn't trying to be a good listener and take appropriate action. I got hit playing racquetball. I had a bruised eye from the ball. The previous day my eye doctor checked me out and there was no internal damage. I went to the Care Station for something for irritation the day after. She wanted to do CAT scans and give me a shot of something just short of steroids. I looked at her like she had 2 heads. Serious overkill and I got out of there quickly.

Waited over 2 hrs to see a doctor! At least 6 people were seen before me (on the sign-in list) and I was number 2! Inspire of my pleas to be seen, my words went unheeded by the staff . As I got up to leave a clerk asked the supervisor to come out and speak to an angry, sick patient who ushered me into a room to take my blood pressure and temperature and pulse rate. Then after another 5-7 minutes I was seen by a doctor. Terrible experience!!😖

Braxton, Johanna and Lisa and the entire Care Station team was awesome! Walked in with crippling pain and walked out pain free with a treatment plan and follow up. Deep thanks to the Care Station Team!

I chose this Care Station because of its location and because they accept my insurance. Registration was very efficient, and staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. My doctor seemed highly competent; I will go there again when the need arises.

Marie-Grace Witham was the most incompetent Doctor I have ever met. Not only did she provide no help, she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend her to anyone. Run if you hear her name.
