I would never recommend a patient go to the psychiatric emergency room there. They don't bother to do a mental status examination or a psychiatric evaluation . They just hold them there as long as their insurance allows and then commit the patient and dump them elsewhere. The screeners are from Clara Maas and are incompetent. If you or a loved one requires psychiatric care, DO NOT BRING THEM THERE. They mock their patients and abuse them. No actual care happens. Bring them to an outpatient psychological treatment provider.

Very accommodating Once you Become a patient. They provide calls and text messages to confirm appointments, which are very helpful. Most Doctors, their assistants and staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Especially the very thorough female hygienist Celia, who I have sat with several times now. *Front desk Yvonne, Not so much, at all! *Also, if you are Not Already a patient of Mountainside Dental, the women who answer the phone are Not very friendly, helpful or accommodating. They are actually dismissive and standoffish. The valet parking right in front is convenient and helpful, if the attendant is not overwhelmed, which is usually the case in the morning, then you will have to wait for him to return. PS: It is nice that they give you a toothbrush and some floss but I have never been to any dentist in my life that did not provide a sample toothpaste after a cleaning.

Excellent care. Excepts Medicaid but also very affordable for those without insurance. You’re in good hands and can easily get an appt.

Absolutely impressed with this dental clinic! The staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and explained each step clearly. Oh lord what not to say wrong about any of their staff, because you can’t! They are so friendly that I fall asleep all the time in the dentist chair. I’m someone that I’m bit afraid of dentist because who wants to be in pain, but then again they listen and they make you feel confident and comfortable. Thank you everyone for your service.
