The practice tries to trick you into getting a cardiac echo and pulmonary function test as soon as you walk in for your appointment. This may or may not be covered by your insurance so BEWARE! This process unnecessarily prolongs your visit, and is, quite honestly, a way for the practice to bill for more unnecessary services. Customer service is horrible. I called four times to get a prescription renewed because the provider wrote the directions incorrectly. I spoke with four different people who all deferred me from speaking directly with the provider. They all said they would call the pharmacy to fix this, and none of them did. I cancelled my follow up and will never be going back here or recommending this practice to anyone

Major Warning: Under no circumstances should you visit this physician. I'm not sure how this office has been getting away with its current billing practices, but my annual physical cost nearly six thousand dollars. When I arrived, the in-take nurse explained that the doctor likes to run a series of tests for all new patients. The nurse did not present the tests as optional, nor was there any discussion of price. Well, for the next two and a half hours, I was shuffled from room to room as I underwent sonograms, EKGs, blood work, and respiratory tests. Nearly three months later, the office finally processed the claim with my insurance, charging my insurance almost six thousand dollars for this annual physical. When I called my insurance company with questions, the agent (lovely woman; highly recommend) informed me that the tests had not even been coded as preventative care but instead had been presented as some sort of testing due to illness. I'm a young, healthy person with no issues.
