Doctor Gilmartin is great. Smart, listens answers all question. Office support is the worst I have seen. On 2 occasions I showed up for an appointment only to be told the doctors had an emergency and could I wait 2 hours or come back. They have signs about billing late patients. No one called to let me know there was a delay. Today I needed a refill, called at 11 am was told it would be sent now. At 1 I went to the pharmacy not there. Called , and was told the assistant needed to approve it. At 4 I called and was told the refill was too old and I needed a visit. I lost an entire day when I could have gone to an urgent care. Will look at another group.

My wife and I have been going to see Dr. Andrew Gilmartin for a few years now. Not only is he extremely educated and knowledgeable about a wide range of medical issues, he is such a nice and caring person. He listens intentionally to my needs as a patient and shows sincere empathy and concern about what issues I might be having. You cannot find a better doctor. I consider Dr. Gilmartin my doctor for life.
