Called 3 times to get a doctor to go over my lab results, no call back. Dr Pallay is not the most personable doctor. I am very big on the care I receive and this was just not the best. I had to change from 3 stars to 1 star since Dr.Pallay is extremely lacking in responding to anyone. No response to go over blood work, urine, takes 3-5 business days or longer to even look at you. TERRIBLE OFFICE. No one should have to call multiple times to see what’s wrong with them!
I want to use this medium to post about how I got helped and the wonderful Job Mrs Winifred Demetrius, Fx did on my trading account. I was very interested in Forex and Crypto trading but didn’t have any idea how to trade, I told (Scott) my colleague at work and He said he knew a good Forex trader that can help handle my trade. He recommend me to this trader Mrs Winifred Demetrius, fx, I invested just $1000 for a try, surprisingly after 2 weeks of trading, She made me a profit of $10,500. I was really impressed. Withdrawal of my profit from my trading account was as quick as possible without any form of delay and I really appreciate it. contact Mrs Winifred Demetrius, via. Friendly Physician & Staff.
Ive given this place too many chances and bit my tongue alot bc i know that it isnt easy but i liked some of the doctors here so i stayed (good docs are zimmerman, mchale, and cohelo) But i find myself being too sympathetic to these people and not the other way around. Im at the point where they are not worth my time. Last straw was a passive aggressive voicemail left by Anna, not even answering my very direct question, making assumptions and clearly sounding very annoyed despite not having talked to me directly about anything discussed.. If you want to threaten me to get a new doctor, then thats exactly what ill do. (All i did was ask for alternatives on receiving medical files for my self) I saved the VM as evidence. Not the first time ive had issues w staff, however i only just started having issues with office within the last 2 years. Clearly they dont want to "deal" with me anymore. I get sick alot so i am a frequent visitor... Im a chronically ill person, and not only is that not taken serious- i worry my health isnt anyones priority here which is not what i want out of a pcp. They are good for telling you your test results are normal and treating colds. Note the sarcasm in the first half of the last sentence. But they do treat colds promptly. The doctors ive seen have actually helped me to the best of their abilities however they leave their patients to connect the dots... no review or study of your medical history. They dont keep up with you the way doctors should, often taking time away from appointments explaining things they have access to or should already know. Dr. Pallay having outstanding reviews, was actually dismissive of my concerns as i suspected to have a connective tissue problem. After recieving a 'weird' test result and not urging me to do more testing despite the test calling for additional testing, he never reached back out and left me confused with no direct answers after appointment. My symptoms persist. His exact words "well i dont think you have 'dx' but it doesnt mean you dont, but i dont think you do". For someone who refers to himself as a sleuth, this is not sleuth behavior. I have similar stories about other doctors here. When i kept passing out they urged me to see my neurologist otherwise they wouldn't continue trying to help me. My neurologist had already cleared me for this and was confused and disappointed they kept referring me back to her and offered to reach out to them herself about the situation. There are good docs here. I wont say they all are, but some are more compassionate and willing to help. After dr lapsiwala left its been hard for me being passed around the practice. Staff has become increasingly inconsistent and level of service has plummeted Like i said, this place used to be good... Been here for 7 years. My conclusion. i found some docs efficient there but it wasnt enough to keep me as they lack in network resources, barely keep up with you as a patient and DONT ALWAYS CHART WHAT IS DISCUSSSED IN VISITS. which is a huge failing on any doctors part, as i am not able to reference these visits with other doctors, which makes anything ive discussed uncredited to others trying to help me. After all this transpiring, i am no longer comfortable recieving any services here. Trying to get my medical files has been a nightmare as they seem to not have transferred over all my medical history to new pcp. I am disappointed in having to leave a practice after being a long time patient here, but its in my best interest to do so. Retaliation and intimidation tactics are not okay.
I love how Dr. Iannetta explains his mental model for treatment including medications prescribed. He confirmed there would be no issue with the medications prescribed given my severe allergies, which made me even more at ease with the treatment plan. He took his time during the visit and never did I feel I was being rushed thru care. He is absolutely the best, and I truly feel my care and treatment is in good hands.
I'm on medication that says do not stop taking , and Ryan Coelho says he won't fill my script , this medication can cause seizures, all 3 that I'm on , nice practice , he could of given a smaller amount even till I could get to another doctor , thanks Ryan , you at fault here , because of doctors like you I have to suffer this feeling because you put me on the meds , now you can not refill , the hospital has to say that , that's how they make money , getting people to stay longer , thanks again Ryan thumbs up !
Always a pleasant and positive experience
I called to get an appointment, the front desk put me on hold for 15 mins and then I called back again and the same thing, I asked the front desk if there is any other way to take an appointment or may be call me back. She said "I cant deal with you as she is busy" and hung up the phone. How can someone hire such a inexperienced people, atleast train them how to talk on the phone. There might be good doctors in a facility but the entry point is the front desk, if they cannot answer simple questions and be empathetic to the patients, then there is no point in how good the docs are.

You don't feel rushed. Dr. Pallay takes his time to explain everything going on and answer all your questions. He takes the time to make sure you understand all of your options.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
