Terrible primary care. Terrible communication. Terrible office staff and training.
I've been a patient of Dr. Ianetta for the past 22 years and never had a bad experience. However, my last visit to check a lump in my wrist, i was told to get an ultrasound in their facility. 3 weeks later, i was waiting for my results. No one called and when i called the office, i was told the doctor will get back but got no call. I called last week (12/4), no response. I called today (12/10) and kept on hold for more than 10 minutes. I call back and talked to someone in the office and explained what happened. She wasnt happy to hear my complaint but continuted to hear me and put me on to someone who told that there was no problem with my stomach and kidney (when i went for a check up of my wrist) I was surprised that they got it all mixed up. Then he finally got my scan and told nothing was wrong while i still have the lump. He did offer a MRI and asked me to take my buiness elsewhere if i am not satisfied. This place needs a serius shake up and treat their patients right.
The best family dr and then some!!!
I won't recommend This doctor to anyone. I had abdominal pain. He ordered abdominal and pelvis CT scan. He never called me back to review the results. The antibiotics that he ordered just finished and I am still in pain.
Listens well , very knowledgeable, on time
Dr Iannetta is truly a great doctor. He cares about his patients and gives them the medicine and treatment they need. He genuinely cares about his patients feeling well and getting better and he'll fight the red tape and politics that overshadow healthcare. Dr Iannetta is kind, friendly, understanding and I recommend him 100%.
Dr. Iannetta is the best. He never rushes you. He always takes the time to speak with you.
Primarily my dislike revolves around the office this Doctor works in. Doctor is fine but office atmosphere is not. Office staff seems very incompetent and disorganized. No one pays attention to the patients at check out and sit with their backs to the counter and continue working on their computers. Should designate a receptionist that works directly with patients at check in and check out and have that be their only responsibility because it seems that office personal are not capable of multitasking.Office scheduled me in thier system on wrong day and sent me a bill for no show fee, billed me for a preventative office visit which is 100% covered by my insurance, were rude and had no sense of urgency when I requested a doctor prior authorization in order to obtain perscription coverage.
When a request related to insurance is made outside of an appointment, there appears to be a lack of cooperation. It is not clear if the problem is the nurse Katharine, who can be downright nasty in person (as experienced on 3 occasions), or if the problem is Dr Ianetta, who is always amiable in person. This is something that needs to be corrected, whatever the source.
It is a good Dr. but only for well and healthy people. [those people do not need a doctor anyway]If you have any health issue, they will not help you.Every time you have a Sick patient urgent appointment you will see a different Doctor, very slow progress, and no follow up for test results.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
