Dr. Filion is very attentive, professional & nice. Her front staff is just awful they are blatantly mean. The nurse Christina is horrible in both her listening & people skills. Kim another nurse is very friendly, probably the only one on the whole support staff who is.

Refused to accept my insurance even though they are an in-network provider. They simply didn’t want to even though they have an active contract. No business ethics or medical integrity.

Refused to accept insurance even though they are an in-network provider. Would not trust this office, very unprofessional. Confirmed with UHC that their contract is active and they are blatantly violating it.

Dr. Filion is a down to earth, caring, and hardworking doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and always eager to help. Easy to book appointments. Practice is busy for a good reason. Overall she great person and doctor. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Filion is great and attentive. I would give her five stars. But she uses PAs/NPs a lot - my daughter often winds up with one of them and they are just not as good. They miss things and don't really listen that well to parental concerns.

Dr. Filion is a disappointment. For over a year now I have been contemplating changing doctors. After visiting with her several times for a continuous problem, I still have not gotten it resolved. She doesn't seem truly concerned. The office staff immediately puts you on hold and leaves you there to get an appointment by phone. Again, all have been a disappointment to me, so much so, that I am now looking for another doctor who will manage my health in a better manner.
