Zunera Yaqub's Online Review Report Card

My daughter had a virtual visit today with Dr. Yaqub, and we were both extremely pleased with how caring, thorough and knowledgeable she was. She was very forthcoming with all kinds of helpful information, and was truly concerned to see that my daughter felt better quickly! We look forward to scheduling in person well care visits with Dr. Yaqub!

Dr Yaqub is so thorough and extremely caring. She not only cares for my physical health by my overall well being. Her medical advice is always on point and she takes her time getting to know her patients and following up. I have never felt rushed. She really listens! Dr Yaqub is so good that if she moved a thousand miles away, I’d make a vacation around my annual visit rather than lose her as my primary care physician. Any time I see her I feel great about my care plan and that no matter what problem I face next she will be there for me with the best advice and care for me. She also is very encouraging when all is going well. THE BEST.

I went into my appointment excited to try and get answers for concerns I had. Dr. Yaqub blamed all my issues on my weight (note I am not obese and I work out) and had no clue why my hearing loss had any involvement with my balance concerns. Left with no answers and having to pay for an incorrect medical test for an issue I never expressed. I am looking forward to seeing a different doctor and I am still very upset over her dismissal of my concerns.

She is the best! She is very knowledgeable,professional, polite and concerned doctor towards her patients. She's kind a doctor you can rely on anytime for anything..

Dr. Yagub is a wonderful Doctor. She is smart, caring, makes her patient feel comfortable, willing to listen, gives excellent advice and open to all questions.

I love Dr. Yaqub. She is very kind, caring and thorough. The office staff are very nice when you are checking in and out but their PHONE POLICY is horrible. They state messages are picked up hourly but usually you don’t get a call until the end of the day. This leaves you with the feeling that they don’t really care about your concerns. This policy lacks compassion and when I worked for Atlantic Health it was all about compassion so why the change. I always had to answer my phone.

Dr. Yaqub is an excellent physician. I had my first appointment with her today and found her very professional, warm and a good listener. She brings skill and wisdom to patient care and is not rushed. She ensured all my questions were answered.

First visit - very thorough, displayed interest and knowledge

Dr. Yaqub, MD is not just knowledgeable, she is compassionate. I went to her with a complex set of symptoms that have been bothering me for a long time. Other doctors have brushed my symptoms off for years, and with worsening symptoms, my immune system was shutting down. she has done so much to gather the right group of specialists and get me the correct diagnosis and treatment. at a time when I was about to give up, she gave me my hope & the promise of my health back.
