Dr. Yan is very compassionate and professional. She is a very kind and thorough doctor. The office is very clean and all the people with this office extremely nice and caring.

In early July, we received a bill from Dr.Yan, we didn't agree with the dollar amount being billed, so we contacted her, and she agreed to waive it on 7/14/2021, then this month, September, we received another bill from her again, so my wife chatted her on the phone, and my wife simply asked: Hi Dr.Yan, we received the bill again, can you waive it.And this is how she replied to my wife: I will waive it. I am busy, you shall not expect me to respond you right away for non emergency. I waive your partial bill for courtesy. U have to stop spreading harassment message againt me. Its waive already. You better clarify this in your wechat group.The harassment she refers to: my wife complained about receiving the bill in a private chat group which has 38 people, all she said was:1. oh boy, that Dr.Yan, we already paid the bill, but she sent us another, you guys have similar situations?2. it's different amount.3. whatever, just don't pay it I guess4. I checked it throughly, it's the amount she billed us in the past, she asked us to pay part of it and said she'll waive the rest, and now this bill is for the rest amount, which means she didn't waive.would only recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Dr. Yan is a fantastic physician. She is very knowledgeable and focuses on the patient. She also has a great personality, great listener, patient, and addresses our concerns. She treat patients as if they were family members.I have to say she is a very reliable person and always willing to help. Her office is also very clean.Would definitely recommend Dr. Yan to others!

This is a brand new opening primary care medical office. Dr. Yan is very caring, patient and knowledgeable. She really spends time in listening to me and addressing my concerns thoroughly. I am very happy to have her to be my PCP. Thank you Dr. Yan!
