List of Advocare Moorestown Family Practice - Moorestown's Reviews
The receptionists take awhile to pull up your name. This lady named Sue pulled up my uncle's name and made a comment "There are 9000s of you in the system", and then she asked for the birthdate, and said "Well, that doesn't help. What's the first name?". She went on to tell me how I couldn't ask to get an A1c because they're only ordered once a patient is a diabetic even though the last glucose was above normal (btw, according to the latest 2021 ADA guideline and the previous years, FPG 100-125 is one of the criteria for prediabetes), and he is above 45. She said to just eat better, watch the carbs and it should be fine. I don't appreciate how she was giving medical advice when she's not a healthcare provider. We gave her the respect when she spoke, however, when it was my turn to talk, she constantly interrupted me with her loud, crude tone. There's only so much unprofessionalism I can take before I responded- and yes, I reciprocated. From what I heard, the doctor is great and caring, but the staff could use some sensitivity training and allow patients and caregivers to talk instead of treating us like sub-humans.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
