They messed up my labs and I had to fight to get them to admit they mishandled the sample. No protocol followed and they're not willing to take responsibility.

I have never experienced a doctors office like this . I needed a refill on a medication I must have . I left numerous messages . Never a return . On the last day of my meds I called the pharmacy and at my cost filled my prescription. I am shocked .this was not my first experience with this office . I’m so disappointed. I’m absolutely finished with them and will definitely send my info to my heart Doctor . I guess if they don’t get paid they don’t respond . Worse medical office I’ve ever had to deal with . Shame on them for calling themselves medical Doctors .

I switched to Dr. Wai Ben Chan two years ago when I found out the primary doctor I was using was tier 2. Right away I felt I had made the best choice. The care I received from Dr. Chan was excellent. The office staff was cordial and professional. Scheduling an appointment was easy.

I don’t know why we make appointments. What’s the use of making an appointment when they make you wait another hour or so in waiting area and also in the room. This happens all the time.

I was told to walk in between 1 and 5 with no appointment needed. I left work early and arrived at 4:45 and was told that the cut off was 4:40 and the dr refused to see me! This is the worst kind of patient care!! This facility is a complete and utter disgrace! Dr Louis is a disgrace to the medical profession! She should NOT be allowed to practice medicine! She is a completely rude and uncaring! Anyone even considering this facility - DON’T!!!!!! They are incompetent and just plain AWFUL excuses of human beings!

I recommend finding another doctor if you are thinking about going to this practice. They are the most unhelpful doctors office I have ever dealt within the last 20 years.

I have been going here for over half of my life, and both Dr. Louis and Dr. Chan are incredibly intelligent and competent. They are very thorough and do a great job of making the patient feel comfortable.

Literally some of the most incompetent, uncaring people I've ever dealt with. The staff here fumbled a prior auth on necessary medication for two weeks. A process that should have taken 24 hours or less.
