In 2013 I had two heart attacks, two years later two hip replacements and fistula complications along with nose bleeds. I really needed a doctor to look at me as a whole person. Not just to prescribe more medications. I always feel confident and well informed from him as a doctor and more importantly as a person who cares about my wellness. Dr. Horvitz is a successful physician because he keeps himself updated and tries in every way to make you a healthy person both inside and out.

I was looking for an integrative physician, one who had the right blend of conventional and alternative health backgroung, one who was staying fresh with recent research. I believe that I found that with Dr. HirvitH. I am happy with his assistance and counseling on my journey to wellness.

I wanted a physician that would help me get healthier using alternative approach, but also have the conventional medical background to use if needed. He listens, and works with you to achieve your health goals. He seems to stay abreast of the latest research and makes himself available when needed. I dont have to wait long to see him for my scheduled appointments. I would recommend him to others, who dont want the first response to be prescription.

For my $800 upfront fee, I got maybe two visits. Dr. Horvitz quickly referred me to a specialist, offpremises and not a related practice, where I was treated to the usual doctor office sitting around and mass treatment that I had paid to avoid. Dr. Horvitz basically acted as a gatekeeper doctor, where you get screened, told you need a specialist for that, and sent on your way, just like any ordinary General Practitioner might do today. The concept of concierge medicine is very good, but not with this particular doctor.
