I'm a patient with Dr. Barnes for 16years and one the best in the vascular system. Take the good with bad. I would choose him again.

Dr. Barnes and his team are incredible- I received a consult for his tickle lipo about a year ago and decided to go to another "familiar doctor". Well he did only a small portion of my abdomen and I was not happy with what I ended up with. A year later I reached back out to Dr. Barnes and I'm so happy that I did. He was so understanding and really wanted to fix things so that I'd be happy with my result even though the work originally was done by someone else. He is incredibly accommodating and makes things so easy and uncomplicated. He and his assistant Cindy were so kind, compassionate and professional. Dr. Barnes cares about his patients and stays available and in total contact the entire way through pre and post OP. Im a huge wimp and the process has been so easy - minimal pain and downtime. I'm incredibly happy with my tickle lipo result. Thank you so much I'm so grateful for your talent. I will be recommending Dr. Barnes to all of my friends or anyone looking for the best experienced surgeon.

Dr Barnes is AMAZZZZZING! He is very kind, very thorough, thoughtful and caring. I had constant contact with Dr Barnes before, during and after my treatment. Dr Barnes never made me feel rushed and offered his time to answer amy questions that I could ever think of. I never felt pressured to get my procedure done either. Dr Barnes and his office assistant Cindy are magic together! They are an amazing team and do their best to make you feel welcome and very comfortable too. I would give Dr Barnes 10 stars as my personal rating! Dr Barnes skilled and knowledgeable and detailed work on my neck and jowls have changed my life! Dr Barnes is really skilled and has perfected the art of renewing the neck and jawline! The overall care, treatment, thoroughness of my treatment was Superior!!!

I heard that Dr. Barnes did an amazing job for a friend of mine so I flew out to CA and had my procedure done. I'm basically fully recovered and super happy with the results. Well worth the flight out there.

Dr. Barnes changed my life forever! I have waited two months to write this review because I wanted to see the final result before I wrote a review. I love Dr. Barnes his work. The chin lipo could not have gone any better. I can't express in words, how happy I am and how he changed my life for the better. I am a thin girl, but I have had a double chin that just didn't match with my weight or age. I tried everything from creams to coolsculpting, dieting, and working out, but my problem was so bad that nothing could ever help enough. Dr Barnes removed my problem within half an hour. My problem that bothered me for the last 20 years of my life is gone, just like that. My recovery was easy and remarkably painless. God bless him and his hands, he is worth his weight in gold. He is best of the best in his field.

I am updating this You look good when your swollen but when everything settles you are left worse than before. I also have a lump under my chin as the other reviewers and a dent on my cheek area that now makes wrinkles. My neck skin is loose and I'm not an overweight person.

Dr. Barnes is very nice and personable BUT...DO NOT have the smart lipo under your chin and jowls. I have been very displeased with the result. The after effect left that area loose and uneven. I was told that the treatment after the lipo would act like "shrink wrap" and tighten the area. It never happened. I wish I had never done it.

STAY AWAY.. seriously. I wish i never trusted him with my neck lipo. Definitely botched job and DO NOT let the side profile before and afters fool you because he takes pictures from certain angles to hide his lack of skill and precision. 4 months post op and this unevenness isn't going anywhere. See side profile pic taken by him and the reality of how my neck looks like from the front. When I pressed the question of what is this little pocket under my chin and why its uneven he tried to blame it on my anatomy.. Not sure how he sleeps at night making a living botching people's faces but this is a friendly warning. STAY AWAY

Dr. Barnes and his staff are so friendly and assuring. They seem to genuinely enjoy helping people, and ensuring whomever they are helping feels confident. I really appreciate the expertise of Dr. Barnes, and his many talents. Ask him about his music too, good stuff! Thanks Dr. Barnes and staff!
