I have been a patient of Dr. Chan's for years and have NEVER had a more thorough and patient doctor. I have had numerous medical issues the past year and Dr. Chan will go the extra lengths to insure that my health is his upmost priority. He is our family's doctor and they too are huge fans! The office staff is also a pleasure to interact with.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HEALTHCARE! They don't care if you run out of your important blood pressure and diabetes medications! Dr. Chan forced my 76-year-old mother. who is overweight with diabetes and COPD to go out to a lab DURING COVID-19 and get bloodwork before he would refill medications she has been taking for 5+ years. Her prior blood test results were only 7 months old. Even after receiving the blood test results, she had to call them 2 more times to remind them to call in her prescriptions to the pharmacy. When they called the medication in to the pharmacy, they left out the diabetes med. They let her go without any medication over the weekend and then called her today to say she needs to have a telephone appointment before he will authorize her other medications - not even a video call. This is obviously so he can charge for an appointment that will ne useless anyway. IT'S ALL ABOUT MOBEY FOR THESE PEOPLE! Go find a doctor who actually cares about his patients.
