This is my primary doctor it’s impossible to get a an appointment when sick they will send you to urgent care. I was sick and needed to see my doctor asap and was told sorry no appointments have to wait almost 3 weeks and she seems not to listen to what I say and know about my body I was told I had muscle spam by her and I ven giving meds and it was a very bad kidney infection that just another doctor by looking at where I was pointing figure it out not to mention she did no urine culture. I am not transferring to another doctor

A trying to get the appointment for my blood pressure to see the doctor Mancuso I tried to explain to them to my blood pressure is like a 170 over 102 I want to doctor to see what we can do about the medication but I never get to any appointment front reception ridiculous I never get any appointment from them last time I call office they don't give me the appointment I said to them I'm going to emergency room if anything happened to me this was their responsibility

Dr. Mancuso is the best primary I've had in a while. Very pleasant, listens, and has great bedside manner. The office is clean and they continue to take measures to ensure public safety.

Thanks to office manager Jeanette absolute horrible experience. I went here for the first time today. A recommendation from a friend/ patient to see if they can be my primary care physician. As soon as I walked in and started to talk with Jeanette it was as if I ruined her day. She had a bad attitude a nasty tone it was just insulting and condescending. I was only trying to talk to her about my insurance if it's accepted here and if I can be a new patient in this facility. Also when she asked me if my first visit should be a checkup or physical and I didn't know what the difference was and her losing it with me saying to me "well I don't know what you want I'm not a mind reader". I didn't deserve any of this I don't know what's wrong with her or if she's just having a bad day. But it was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.

Dr. Mancuso and her staff is a national treasure and should be the shining example of what every doctor and their office should be. If I could give a sixth star I would. The absolute best.

Dr. Mancuso is great! Listens well, very knowledgeable, and perfect bed side manner. You don’t feel rushed when your in with her. Her office staff is amazing as well. Very friendly and inviting. I have referred my husband and mother in law to this practice I like it so much. Definitely recommend!
