Dr. Hanna is very friendly, and caring. She took the time to speak with me. I appreciated her concerns. She knows her stuf.

I was called by their office needing to reschedule my original appointment that I made almost a month in advance to three weeks later due to a doctor’s emergency. I completely understand that emergencies happen, however, the way the office front desk employee spoke to me was very insensitive and not sympathetic to the situation when I expressed that I really needed to see a doctor soon. She was able to put me on a cancellation list if anything changes but She said “Yeah I had to reschedule a whole week’s worth of patients” and to basically deal with it trying to rush me off the phone. The front desk reflects a lot about the environment of a practice and this definitely made me not feel taken care of. I’m sure the doctor is a great one, but first impressions with the office were off to a bad start.

Great, it was my first visit with Dr. Hanna, i haven't had a physical in years and recently moved here so it was time to get one. The office is very nice and clean, staff is friendly and pleasant and Dr. Hanna was pretty awesome, she answered all my questions and i was able to do the blood work at the office which is a huge plus with my schedule. overall, I highly recommend Dr. Hanna.

Dr. Hanna is great , although the front desk customer service is extremely rude. It’s only one person that is rude. I’m not the first person to say this. I’m not going to blast the name on here but they need to get rid of her asap because it’s making Dr. Hanna look bad.

Dr. Hanna is an excellent diagnostician.Her manner is courteous, professional , responsive and caring. She is my all time favorite doctor!

Unprofessional. 0 Ethics. Learn to be human then practice the most humane job out there.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional.I was late 5 minutes and I mean it, 5 minutes, and was asked to reschedule knowing that I called to inform them that I will be late 5 minutes, I am not sure if she is a good doctor or not - this was my second visit - but I rather have a human doctor than a robot doctor with no heart or respect to the patients, her staff is even worse, all what I was told is that “I am repeating what the doctor said, you have to reschedule”Never again.

Very unhappy the past few visits and calls in to Dr Hanna and her staff that it even made me try another office. They found out about the visit and refused me when I was in dire need of a Dr. and wound up in the hospital. I didn't realize I didn't have choices or freedom. I've entrusted her with my entire family and little by little she managed to have everyone lose their trust in her. I have now stopped going as well. The entire office is uncaring and insensitive! Stay away!

I've been a patient of Dr Hanna for years but Things have changed in that office she/they just don't care anymore. I had an emergency and was turned away was told to go to a different dr. Office apparently none of the drs could see me for a week. Through further conversation with the nurse I was told Dr Hanna found out I went to see another Dr one time before this emergency call and was insulted and refused to see me.

She's an amazing doctor. She really cares❤. She gives time to her patients and listens intensively. She's very professional and courteous. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
