Had an easy experience here. Staff was all extremely lovely, friendly, and professional (front desk, CMA, PA). Unlike the UC down the street that had a 3 hour wait this one saw me within 15 min as a walk-in. They got me the answers I needed very fast.

Was given a prescription for antibotic. Did not feel better so I came back to yr urgentcare. Another pa told me to stay home until my meds were fully ttaken. Later my place of employment gave b e me papers to. Be filled by Ashley. She refused Ashley. Doctor and Staff are Great. Even after 6 days, we didn't received the COVID PCR test results. On top of delay, They charged for COVID test. United health care already made payment for these Covid testes. We have been following up for last few months for Refund. United health care Provided Payment details as well. Received the refund after few months and multiple follow up with ER and United. FastER helped to fixed the Billing issue.
