I Love Grandma!!! She's a very friendly and patient pediatrician. My daughter love her grandma and the attention is very profesional. "Cuando llegamos con ella nosotros casi no entendíamos el idioma y ahora ella ha buscado la forma de explicarnos cada detalle, es paciente, amable y muy profesional. Ella salvó mi lactancia y curó a mi recién nacida de una mala praxis con otra pediatra" La adoramos, larga vida para la doctora Allen ♡

Not a bad doctor but extremely unorganized. They say they open at 11 but don’t EVER answer the phone, no matter what time your appointment is, you’re waiting minimum one hour...... so hard to get a hold of for appointments to even begin with - not worth the hours of waiting honestly

she is a decent doctor but i will never take my children back there. it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, you WILL be waiting for a few hours (i was there for 4 hours once!) the last appointment i made was supposed to be on a friday at 7:30pm but when i called to see how many people were ahead of us they informed us that the appointment was never written in the book. (which is the second time this has happened) so they ended up giving us the last appointment at 9:30pm but ended up calling me at 9:00pm telling me to take my kids to the hospital because it would be too late for her to see them. as a professional she should have seen my children because it was her husbands fault for not writing it in the book. this was the last straw for us! i would never recommend her to anyone i know.

I don't know why I still haven't changed my sons doctor yet. Every time I go the waiting time is more than 2 hours. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not....
