Received a call back from Dr. Gluckman regarding an issue with billing. This man was immediately defensive and rude. He made insensitive comments, telling me to, "blame the deadbeats who don't pay their bills" and was yelling and talking over me. He was attempting to reprimand me as if I was a child and not a paying patron of his office. Totally unbelievable, what kind of doctor refers to patients as "deadbeats". Dr. Gluckman is condescending jerk. I cant imagine what his bedside manner is like, if he speaks to people like this on the phone. Also his office saves your debit or credit card information and they charged my debit card 1 month after my covid test with no notice. On the clipboard of paper they shove at you when you arrive, there is a paper that authorizes them to store your card information! GROSS!

Dr. Gluckman is condescending and rude. I received a call back from him in which he was immediately defensive, made insensitive comments and spent much of the call talking over me. He actually said I should take my billing issue up with, "deadbeats who don't pay their bills". What kind of doctor refers to their patients as deadbeats. The whole experience was gross.

Worse doctor I have ever seen in my life. Make sure a nurse is present during ANY type of interaction you may have with this doctor if you ever consider him.
