Terrible! Made an online appointment and then showed up to find out that they were not open. There was someone at the front desk who was beyond RUDE, who said they never confirmed the appointment and there is no doctor there. WHY would they have an online system if it’s not accurate. I WOULD NOT recommend this practice.
I've had appointments to address acute and chronic concerns. I found everyone helpful and thorough. I had site-based testing and referrals. There were always follow--ups. The administrative staff is responsive to requests in a timely manner. The addition of Kim Giblin, Nurse Practitioner, is a bonus, working in tandem with Dr. Iones, and other lab evaluators. I find the overall experience clinically beneficial.
Horrible experience. No follow-up appointment or phones were available to review test results for 2 months. Doctor spoke to us at dictation speed with heavy accent. Cold and uncompassionate care.
Would never recommend going here. They made the mistake of not asking/requesting a referral when I made an appointment which I had no issue getting, in return now I’m stuck with a $550+ bill that they refuse to work with me on. The doctor was lousy with little to no guidance on what steps to take to help my condition, was a waste of an appointment. Whomever is in charge of billing was very rude and was NOT willing to acknowledge that they refused to ask for a referral knowing that I needed one. Primary was more than happy to backtrack referral but they refused to accept. Overall a very unpleasant experience, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
