I can't thank Dr. Braunstein and her team enough for what they did for me. I had a droopy eyelid that was covering almost a half of my pupil. As a result, my vision got worse and I started getting headaches. I went to see Dr. Braunstein for a second opinion and was very pleased. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the front desk staff was friendly and accomodating. Dr. Braunstein took her time to evaluate me and was able to answer all the questions regarding my diagnosis, surgery, and the recovery process. This is not the place where you feel rushed. They genuinely care about the patient's well-being. I felt very safe going in for the surgery. I'm now almost 3 month since the surgery and I'm very happy with the result. My eyes look symmetrical and no one can even tell that I had a surgery. Dr. Braunstein has hands of gold and I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Braunstein is great! She treated me for blocked tear ducts as a result of chemo treatments. She removed the temporary stents today and for the first time in several months the excessive tearing has stopped and I am able to see clearly again. She is very personable, professional and explains everything clearly. I feel fortunate to have gone to her for this problem and I recommend her to everyone.

Wonderful experience! The office is inviting and runs smoothly. My appointment was on time! No waiting. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It was my first time at the office and I felt very welcome and comfortable. I had a chalazion removed. Dr Braunstein was fabulous. She explained exactly what she’d be doing very clearly. She has a sweet demeanor which immediately makes a patient comfortable. I’d highly recommend Dr Braunstein!

Was a Pleasure working with staff and doctor. I had a dropped eyelid that need to be fixed Dr. Braunstein did an amazing job with the surgery and now both eyelids are completely even. Highly recommend using this doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr. Braunstein for any eye care plastic surgery needs. For my situation, she took the time to understand symptoms and concerns, walked through options, and then clearly outlined the procedure and what to expect. I was nervous but she put me right at ease taking her time and checking-in. 5 stars for her warm personality, friendly staff, and office experience combined with a fantastic result!

I have been seeing Doctor Alexandra Braunstein for about a year now for Graves Eye Disease and have been very happy with her. She is a perfect balance of professional & knowledgeable combined with a friendly and caring demeanor. She is very easy to talk and takes the time to answer any concerns or questions I may have. I never feel rushed. Her staff is very nice as well. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Alex is a delight to work with. Her bedside manner is calming and safe and her hands are steady. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable in her field and there is no one else I would want to work with. Her before and after pictures speak for themselves!
