Just called for the 1st time to make an appointment for a skin growth. Receptionist was extremely rude and impatient. I finally had to say to her that I didnt like the way she was talking to me and hung up. Never saw the Dr.

Very Unprofessional place. Had an appointment set @ 10.45 and was there 5 minutes before the appointment time to be told that the doctor was running late on the appointments by an hour. I asked the receptionist when did they know that they were running late and was told that Doctor had an emergency at 9 am (which obviously is money for them doing cosmetic surgery as i find it hard to believe that dermatologists can have emergency ops). I asked the receptionist if you guys knew about this @ 9 am, all it takes is 5 minutes to call and let me know that she is an hour behind. I got the most ridiculous answer from them saying that doctors office dont call and tell patients that they are running late, but it is ok for them to say that when you come for the appointment. To me that shows blatant disrespect for other people's time. People may have taken time from work to come but for them their Time is all that matters. I would advise people to stop using medical practices like this.

Very Unprofessional place. Apparently the Doctor's office knew that she was running late at 9 am as she had an emergency to do a Cosmetic Surgery and they rudely told me that they dont call to tell patients of delays.

Maybe her bedside manner isn't the best. Still, I think she is very smart and professional. She is also thorough and I trust her for my evaluations.

Dr. Rogachefsky is thorough, compassionate and knowledgable. I have been seeing her for many years and she is consistent, professional but approachable. She, unlike some other physicians, remembers previous treatments and problems, is concerned and is highly recommended. There is little waiting in the large practice. I have appointments every six month as I am susceptible to skin cancer and she is highly recommended.
