So called “Dr.” Fialkoff cut a hole in my back shoulder, a “biopsy,” she called it to see if I had an infection. I didn’t. It resulted in a keyloid and worse: shingles. Three years later, I still suffer from postherpetic neuralgia. It feels like there’s a branding iron on my back and knives in my chest 24/7. It never goes away. I’ve tried everything. Stay away from this witch.

So refreshing...Dr. Fialkoff treated a skin problem expertly during my first appointment. Why did I keep going back to my old dermatologist so many times, when my skin just got worse? Highly knowledgable and friendly!

Lots of experience and expertise, staff handles insurance billing, and she is easy to talk to. At times, the wait is pretty long, and the examination rooms can be cold. The staff should think about allowing a patient to sit in the heated waiting room longer, if the patient is required to disrobe and shiver in a paper gown for 10+ minutes. Nevertheless, Dr. Fialkoff is a great dermatologist in dealing with both medical and aesthetic needs, and I wouldn't want to see anyone else.

Cheryl Failkoff has been my dermatologists for more than 25 years. She is proactive, knowledgeable and experienced. I do, and can, highly recommend her.

I would not choose this doctor again or recommend her to a friend, as I left my appt. feeling as if she didn't hear a word I said to her, and didn't care what I was concerned about. I got treated badly and left there without any real diagnosis. Plus, I waited a very long time to get an appt. with her. It is not because she is so wonderful a doctor. It is because she spreads her time too thin between 3 different offices. I don't see how any patient could like her as their doctor. Or how she keeps patients.

I called to make an apointment.I was on hold for 5 minutes.When Ann Mari finally took the call she was rude and no listening to any of my concerns.We ended after 10 minutes with no apointment and her telling me if The doctor wants to see me,she will call me back, Even if she was to take me ,the doctor was booked for 2 months.When I asked when I can expect a call back her reply was "I just take apointments honey,I cant answer that questin" Who needs that attitude!
