I saw the NP, but I think my experience is indicative of the practice. To start, I told the NP that PAP smears were painful for me. She didn’t care. It was so painful that I was literally swearing and begging her to stop. She didn’t stop. I was left lying on a table, under a paper gown, in tears by the end. It was painful and humiliating. if that wasn’t bad enough she prescribed medication that took me almost a week to actually get. Why did it take that long? Because the office entered my name incorrectly on the RX so I couldn’t pick it up from the pharmacy. I called THREE times. They never called me back even though I left a detailed message with contact info. I finally had to have the Pharmacist call them. Then it took several hours before I was able to get the prescription. In all it took five days, four visits to the pharmacy and three calls to the office to get my medicine. Go elsewhere for compassionate, professional care.

Dr. Brenin is very matter-of-fact. She will answer all your questions frankly and abruptly. However, she does not delve into your medical history so you have to come prepared with questions or you will leave with zero insight about your female health. She is very stonecold and not very personable so if you’re looking for someone warm, kind, and caring, look elsewhere.
